Danielle A. Prague earned a B.S. in Accounting, Finance and International Business as well as Master of Accounting from Washington University in St. Louis in May 2010. Prior to joining Prague & Company in 2013, Danielle worked at Ernst & Young LLP in New York City. She focused on international planning for multinational corporations, which included serving a Fortune 500 pharmaceutical client during its divestiture of two non-core businesses. Upon her return to Boston, Danielle attended Suffolk University Law School. She earned a J.D. and LLM in Taxation in May 2018. Danielle is admitted to the Massachusetts bar. Danielle is a licensed Certified Public Accountant in Massachusetts and New York.
